The truth is, we usually know what's good for ourselves and we have the power to make it happen. Whatever "it" is. Doing it sometimes takes an extra portion of courage. Strengthen your walk by putting those who want to test you on notice. It's the powerful way of saying, "I'm my own person, dammit!"

So kids, profess a little power and conviction with you mouth, 'cuz thinking about it ain't enough. It'll help you more than you know! After all, if you can put some of those things in your mouth, there can't be anything wrong with something good coming out.
